Spinner has been developed for off-ice practice using the latest scientific research. It is meant for figure skaters, professional dancers and anyone else wanting to improve their balance. Spinner for dancers You can use Spinner to practice spins, balance, lower extremity alignment and outward rotation. Spinner is recommended for dancers by Pasi Sinisalo from Fysioterapia Kroppa Oy, a physiotherapist and former dancer at the Finnish National Ballet. He has taken Spinner to dance physiotherapy to support dancers’ off-stage practice and body maintenance. Spinner for figure skaters Spinner enables skaters to practice spins, figures, landing and jumps anytime, anywhere without ice. Practice under the supervision of your coach, during group practice or in your own home. Before a competition you can use your Spinner to warm up in the corridors of the rink.
