How do I return an item?

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 7 working days of receipt of goods, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk, and we will offer an exchange or full refund if required.
DVDs and videos will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Custom set-ups cannot be returned. Please note that a charge of five pounds will be applied to cover outgoing shipping costs and processing fees.
Non-faulty goods may also be returned to the Kaos store for an exchange only, please bring your invoice/receipt with you.
Faulty items will be dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and are to be inspected by us and in some cases by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty, we will offer a free repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Skateboard set-ups are customized to the customers order and therefore cannot be returned. If you suspect an individual item as being faulty, this will be dealt with individually.
All decks are covered by a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from water, impacts or mis-placed landings
